Shower Games

Themes are not necessary for a great shower, but they do give the organizers and guests a central idea for presents, games, prizes, decorations and food. Themes can be built around the bride or grooms hobbies or their decorating ideas, or the new nursery decor.   

To create a theme, ask a few questions about the Guest of Honor:

• What does she like to do?  Hobbies are great sources of themes!
• How does she plan to decorate the house or baby room?
• What activities has she often talked about (traveling, learning to cook, etc)?
• Is there a theme to the wedding?
• Are they going somewhere on their honeymoon that you can build a theme around?
